Trisha Giaccio — Founding Member | Paralegal & Fiduciary
Trisha Giaccio is the founding member of Probate and Fiduciary Services, LLC, and the driving
force behind the firm’s commitment to integrity-driven, family-focused service. As a seasoned
paralegal and fiduciary, Trisha has spent decades guiding families through probate, estate,
conservatorship, and trust matters. Under her leadership, the firm has proudly served over 650
families across Hampton Roads and beyond. Trisha founded the company to give individuals
and families a trusted, compassionate resource for navigating estate-related matters with
confidence and clarity.
Paul — Principal
Paul serves as a Principal at Probate and Fiduciary Services, LLC, and is the husband of
founding member Trisha Giaccio. He brings exceptional leadership and an extraordinary record
of professional accomplishment to the firm. Paul has built a distinguished 46-year career in the
aerospace and defense industry and has built his career on integrity and hard work. Over the
course of his career, he has worked with every major defense contractor and contributed to
defense missile systems and government management systems at the highest levels. His
decades of experience managing complex, high-stakes systems and operations bring a rare
combination of precision, discipline, and strategic oversight to the firm’s fiduciary work.
Valerie — Fiduciary & Trust Administration
Valerie specializes in fiduciary and trust administration at Probate and Fiduciary Services, LLC,
where she helps families manage assets, oversee distributions, and meet their fiduciary
responsibilities with accuracy and care. Valerie has served as an estate administration
professional since 2001, bringing 25 years of dedicated experience in the field. Prior to her work
in estate administration, she spent 9 years in real estate from 1992 to 2001, giving her a well-
rounded understanding of property, asset management, and the financial matters that often
accompany estate and trust administration.
Debbie — Paralegal
Debbie is an experienced paralegal who has been an essential part of the team for the past three years. A dedicated paralegal since 1995, Debbie brings decades of legal and administrative knowledge to the firm, including 8 years of freelance paralegal and decades of working with law firms and commissioner of accounts offices prior to joining Probate and Fiduciary Services. Her thorough, organized approach to document preparation and case coordination helps ensure that every family’s matter is handled accurately and in full compliance with Virginia probate court deadlines and requirements.
Lindsey — Marketing & Social Media
Lindsey is a marketing and social media expert with more than 14 years of experience. She
joined the PFS team in 2021 at its inception and has provided website support, SEO, consulting,
and social media assistance since then. Lindsey helps the firm connect with the families and
communities it serves throughout Hampton Roads, ensuring that those in need of probate and
fiduciary guidance can easily find and reach the team.
