I have worked in the legal field in almost every type of law for almost 40 years and have been a certified paralegal for over 30 years.
 
I have worked in “Estate Planning”, and “Estate, Conservator and Trust Administration” for over 20 years.   I have also served in many fiduciary capacities such as executor and trustee.  Working for attorneys, I have helped thousands of families go through the probate process.  I have professional relationships with most of the local Court Clerks as well as the Commissioner of Accounts Auditors and understand what each city/county requires for their local jurisdiction.  I have been in over 30 different courthouses across the Commonwealth getting clients appointed as Executor or putting Wills to Record.  I also have many relationships with bankers, financial advisors, CPAs, insurance agents, brokers, realtors, bondsmen, etc.  who have assisted me in helping families go through the probate process. 
 
The probate process is costly, timely, and it is public record.  For all these reasons, my passion is to help families never go through it by making sure they have the right documents in place to protect them and to make sure their assets are titled properly.    However, if you or your family do have to go through probate, then I can help you get through it.
